Career

2003 – Highschool Graduation in Munich: German university entrance qualification

2004- Academic studies at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (Italy). (Dottore Scienze Gastronomice)

2008- Master degree course an the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart). Post graduate master study program: Organic Agriculture and Food Systems. (M.sc. Organic Agriculture and Food Systems)

Since 2011- Freelancer  in Gastronomy Consulting 

Education

During the study course in Italy I get to know products from all over the world and get an in deep education in all the relevant fields of Gastronomy. Especially in the field of Marketing, Hygiene- and Quality management, as well as in al fields of Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Sensorial Analyses of food products, Tourism management and all the interdisciplinary fields of gastronomy which are sometimes not even recognized, as well as good contacts to the international Sloow Food network.  

During the master degree course in Hohenheim I specialized myself especially to Quality management, Marketing and Gender- and Food- Ethics and all relevant fields of Agricultural sciences, especially in Organic and Regional Agricultural topics.    

Experience

Diverse international experiences in the world of gastronomy, especially in Italy, Austria, Spain, Australia, South-East-Asia, Japan and long term stays in Taiwan brought me the world of gastronomy more close and I get to know gastronomy concepts and food products from all over the world. 

I could also get experiences in diverse gastronomy businesses in Italy, Germany and Taiwan.

In addition I did internships in industrial and semi industrial food manufactures like: Lavazza, Afeltra, Baratti & Milano, Aquarello and a lot of other wine and food producers. 

This long time experience and knowledge I offer to my customers.
