The first consultation is always free of charge!
1. Consultation
First we will have a chat on the premises of your company. They will be inspected, and we will have a talk about your problems and wishes. After that we will arrange a complete consulting package fitted for your problems and the general situation.After that we will test your business, for example by test visits during regular business hours by a mystery guest. This includes tests of food and hygiene controls, working process optimization, and so on.
2. Presentation
As the second step we prepare a short presentation in with our first impressions and individual suggestions for the solution of any problems of your company. Then we create your personal and individual consulting package for your individual choice. This will inform you about the costs and the time span allocated for the program.
3. Creating a solution
In the third step we start the actual work on the solution of your problems. We stay in contact with you at all times, and no changes are made until you are fully satisfied with our ideas and their implementations. You should be satisfied in advance with any changes that are made. You should always be completely satisfied, with every step we make. Our aim is to convince you that it is the right one, and for you to feel comfortable with our thoughts and philosophy. Our efforts should reflect your individual ideas for your particular business at all times. This is very important for your very own presentation as a gastronomer, a chef or as a producer, and it guarantees your individual island position and recognition value.
4. Final presentation
After finishing our consulting package you will get a final presentation that shows the changes made by us. At the same time we will have established sustainable control to avoid any future problems.
